The Zurn Aqua-FIT Sensor Faucet System was installed on the 15th floor after the building’s management firm, Kane Realty Corporation, decided that the water flow from the existing restroom faucets was inadequate, inconsistent and incompatible with the first-class environment they provide tenants.
