The transparency of the Banker Wire 3DZ-151 decorative weave is unlike any other conventional wire mesh construction. The unique 3-dimensional wire mesh pattern is manufactured by Banker Wire on a specially developed loom. The 3DZ family of metal weaves offer interesting percent-open characteristics unlike anything else. As the viewer changes their perspective, the opacity of the mesh appears to change. Banker Wire 3DZ-151 architectural wire mesh is solid enough to perform in a high traffic application and allows enough open area to show the color of a solid surface from behind. The unique visual characteristics of 3DZ-151 architectural mesh create a smooth linear pattern that has three-dimensional depth. There is also an increased rigidity due to the balance of wires (front and back) within the weave.
