Integrated, Detailed Support for Storage Projects
Ocala, Fla. — ClosetMaid is pleased to introduce its Professional Services program, which will assist builders, contractors, developers, designers, architects, and installers in streamlining the storage design, specification, and installation process. ClosetMaid Professional Services℠ ensure success in every building or remodeling project.
As part of the new services, ClosetMaid now provides Professional Services Representatives (PSRs) who are available as a first point of contact. The highly trained PSRs partner with professionals for a variety of tasks — product consultation, design assistance, drawings and details, specifications, estimates, takeoffs, and installation support and coordination.
Professional Services are complimentary and will allow design and building professionals to focus on their projects, leaving arduous details to the ClosetMaid PSRs. With this one initiative, architects can now rely on PSRs for product solution consultation and design support. Specification and design documentation can be provided and easily integrated into master project plans to support the design/build and bid process.
ClosetMaid Concierge Services℠ – a complimentary service to Professional Services – offer assistance in homebuyer storage system selection and upgrades, and provide the perfect solution for builders with busy sales associates. A ClosetMaid Concierge can also help the builder who doesn’t offer storage upgrades but wants to provide the client with storage solution options.
For builders with upgrade programs already developed through Professional Services, their homebuyers can be directed to a ClosetMaid Concierge for the upgrade selection process. The Concierge representatives act as expert sales consultants working one-on-one with the homebuyer to provide everything from budget assessment to finish options.
The comprehensive support — whether in the planning, design, or build stage — is customizable and scalable to meet the needs of any specific project, no matter how large or small.
